Spiralised broccoli, carrot and sesame salad

I’m so pleased to have found a delicious way of using up the long stalk of broccoli that would normally get thrown away. Spiralise it!  I peeled the tough outer skin, then spiralised it – did the same with a carrot, and tasted it – really nice and crunchy.  Then I added a splash of soy sauce and a shake of sesame seeds, and hey presto, a super quick, super healthy salad 🙂  It’s yummy!
