Shoes back on!

There’s only so long a girl can wait!  Actually, there’s only so long a runner can wait before you just have to pull those shoes back on, despite niggles and twinges and hamstrings and coughs!  It’s been three weeks!  Would I remember what to do?  Well, after some good stretching, I just had to!  It didn’t matter that it was dark – no worries on that account; and it didn’t matter that it was freezing outside.  I needed to run!  And I saw the beautiful moon, and Mare Crisium, and Orion’s Belt.  And my legs knew just what to do – slow but steady.  The girl is back!
